A little about me ~ My name is Mikhayla Arace and I am a 19 year old, licensed cosmetologist! I studied and was licensed at the Hartford Area Career and Technology Center, and I now own a business within Pur Identity Salon in Springfield Vermont. I have always had a strong passion for nails, and I have been working towards becoming a nail technician and licensed cosmetologist since I was a freshman in high school. I love that I have been able to turn a passion into a career, and get to spend my days getting to know all sorts of wonderful people who sit in my chair. As a nail technician, my goal is to educate my clients as much as possible about their unique nail health, and how to maintain healthy beautiful nails. While also ensuring that they always have an inviting, relaxing, and comfortable space to visit anytime they might need it.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy ~ I require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the service price. Late and No Show Policy ~ There is a 10 minute grace period for your appointment. If you are 15 minutes late, there will be a $15 late fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. If you no-show your appointment, you will be charged a fee of 60% of the service price, Refunds ~ No refunds will be issued. You have a 7 day grace period to get anything changed, or fixed free of charge. Guarantee ~ I guarantee my nails for 7 days, so if anything chips or breaks I will happily fix them free of charge as long as the aftercare directions have been properly followed.
